Jr. Research Fellow / Sr. Research Fellow to work on projects at ACTREC
Duration of the Project: One year from the date of appointment.
Title of the Projects:
1. Understanding the role of bisphosphonates and gamma delta T
lymphocytes in patients with breast cancer and bone metastasis.
2. Affibody bio-conjugated gold nanoparticle based therapy and diagnosis in
breast cancer.
3.Functional genomic characterization of therapeutically relevant
vulnerabilities in TSCC.
4. A system wide approach to elucidate novel functions of Gankyrin an
oncoprotein and strategies to inhibit its functions.
5. Structural & Functional Approaches to evaluate BRCA1/2: A Novel Gene
for Genetic Counseling, (2)A Novel Target for Drug-Discovery/Design.
CONSOLIDATED SALARY (depending on the experience)
SRF: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000
JRF: Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 14,000
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
SRF: M.Sc. in Biological Sciences with more than 2 years relevant
experience preferably from a reputed lab.
JRF: M.Sc. in Biological Sciences or Bioinformatics.
