Central Institute of Indian Languages Scholarships for post graduates who have completed their M.A., in Languages, Linguistics or allied disciplines for pursuing inter- disciplinary research at the Institute.

Tenure of the scholarship :Maximum period of two years.

Qualification: First or high second class Masters degree in linguistics or allied disciplines.

Age: Not more than 30 years as on Aug 1, of the year in which the scholarship is awarded.

Scholarships for ST students India- Scheduled Tribes

Scholarships for ST students For pursuing the following courses in Linguistics:

M.A. Scholarships for ST students - M.A. -3
Rs. 600 per month.
Contingency grant: Rs 1, 000 for the course. M.Phil Scholarships for ST students - M.Phil -1 Rs. 1000 per month.
Contingency grant: Rs.1,000 for the course.

Ph.D Scholarships for ST students - Ph.D - 1 Rs. 1,000 per month. Contingency grant: Rs. 2000 for the course.
